What data we process

  • Data sent through the contact form: email address (required), subject and message text, and any data you choose to write in the message.
  • Technical data related to the submission: IP address, browser type, page the message was sent from, date and time.
  • Browsing data for security: IP address, requested pages and login attempts, recorded by the site’s protection system.
  • Statistics: only if you accept analytics cookies (see the Cookie policy).

Please do not include special categories of data (for example health data) in your message unless they are needed for your request.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

  • Answering your request and, if you ask, preparing a quote or a travel service: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Protecting the site and the form from spam and abuse: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Visit statistics: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Your email address is needed to reply to you: without it the message cannot be sent.

How long we keep it

  • Contact form messages: 24 months from receipt, then automatically deleted from the site. They are kept longer only if they become part of a contract or a travel booking, for the periods required by law.
  • Security logs: for a limited period, with automatic rotating deletion.
  • Statistics: as described in the Cookie policy.

Who we share it with

Data is processed by the controller and by providers acting as data processors:

  • Aruba S.p.A. (Italy) – website and database hosting.
  • Automattic Inc. (USA) – Akismet service, which checks form messages to detect spam.
  • Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC – fonts (Google Fonts) and, only with your consent, statistics (Google Analytics 4). These services receive at least your device’s IP address when the page loads.
  • OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom) – office map. It receives your device’s IP address when the map loads; it sets no cookies.
  • Defiant Inc. (USA) – Wordfence, the site’s protection system, which may check IP addresses against its threat lists.

For providers based in the United States, transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Data is never sold or used for advertising.

You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR).
